•Braddock Metallurgical-Corporate has relocated to its newly renovated office located at 400 Fentress Blvd., Daytona Beach, Florida 32114. All centralized accounting functions are handled at this location with state of the art technology and conferencing.

Braddock Metallurgical-Tampa, Riverview, FL
•In June of 2013 we relocated our Riverview/Tampa facility into a larger 26,000 square foot building.
•In addition to the existing equipment the expansion into the new building included an additional Surface Combustion Super 36 Allcase Furnace as well as a new Surface Combustion Endothermic Generator. This essentially doubled our existing oil quench and carburizing capabilities.
•New 36” Wisconsin Tempering furnace was installed in the Allcase line.
•State of the Art testing and inspection lab was put in place with Buehler Automatic Polisher, Leco Microscope, Mitutoyo Hardness Testers.
•Braddock Metallurgical-Tampa has purchased a Super Systems, Inc. CAT-100 Carbon Determinator.
•In addition, to reduce our environmental footprint we now utilize a bar code tracking system throughout our entire process to maintain digital records of all processes and inspection data for all jobs processed.
•All documentation is now digitally archived via Cornerstone Visual Archive.

Braddock Metallurgical Aerospace Services-Boynton Beach, FL
•Braddock Metallurgical Aerospace Services has successfully installed a Super Systems, Inc. Super Data 2 Scada Software System for paperless data acquisition.
•All documentation is now digitally archived via Cornerstone Visual Archive.
•New Internal Hot Zones were installed on all Ipsen and VFS vacuums. New gas blower was installed to enhance quench cooling speed. In addition, new Super Systems, Inc 9220 Vacuum Controllers were installed complete with touch screen human machine interfaces (HMI).
